Combined living rooms create a large new great room with a tremendous view to the Flatirons and the University of Colorado. The structural column previously in the demising wall was enhanced to make it a feature with the space. Custom detailed coved uplighting circumnavigates the perimeter of the room.

THIS 2,502 SF project serves as a bereavement center in conjunction with Horan & McConaty's funeral services facility and memorial gardens located on the same site. The first floor multipurpose space is supported by an open kitchenette and public bathrooms. The second floor houses the executive offices for the entire complex. The character of the exterior design was developed in response to the owner's desire to have the building appear warm and residential in nature.
